Primerica has approximately 130,000 licensed representatives and approximately 6,000,000 clients. The company is going to get a sizeable amount of crap written about it just from the numbers theory (law of averages). For example, I know someone who works for Shaw. Apparently, about 5% of the Shaw customers make up about 95% of the complaints. Still, if you take 5% of a customer base that massive, it is going to seem like a pretty big deal.

Check out Primerica on YouTube. You'll see way less negativity on there because those are people who got to "stand by" what they say. Their faces are on camera.
