Yeah, even the best of companies will have bad apples.  I want to apologize for those people.  There's dummies in every company.  We try to filter out those people as quickly as possible but there's really no instrument to detect that up front and they may cause some significant damage prior to being noticed.  However, if John Smith happened to be the one that didn't do the right things with you, I am not John Smith.  I'm Juanita Jackson representing the real Primerica.  Try not to be like the child who touches the hot stove and says "never again!"  It would be a real shame to allow an individual or a few people to come in the way of your goals and dreams.  As soon as someone does the right things with you and quickly, there's no excuse for you to not make it here after that.
